SICC-MC developed from the Market Research Department of Shanghai
Investment Consulting Corporation. SICC was founded in 1986, administered
by Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission. Nowadays,
it has grown into the largest comprehensive consulting company in
East China, especially in engineering-related areas. So far, SICC
has successfully provided sound consulting service to thousands of
important and significant projects both home and abroad, as well as
offered scientific instructions to most of Shanghai municipal-level
critical projects, such as Shanghai Pudong International Airport,
Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, Magnetically Levitated Train,
Comprehensive Traffic and Transportation Network of Shanghai, Shanghai
Chemical Industry Park, the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, etc. In 2005,
SICC developed into SICC GROUP.
SICC-MC developed into a specialized subsidiary company of SICC in
1998. We have set up cooperation with around 300 local and overseas
customers such as SUNTORY, Shanghai Laofengxiang, and Shanghai Science
and Technology Museum. SICC-MC has set up two subsidiaries located
in Ningbo and Nanchang respectively.
